I swear if I hear the song "You Raised me Up" by Josh Groban one more time..i will have to kill somebody. Namely the dude who lives along Sir Fred Schonell Drive whose balcony is directly opposite my room window. Sure, that song's cool..but not when its blasted and played over and over and over again..and especially not when there's someone singing along with it. :( Sigh, Neighbours.

Back from Toowong. Grocery shopping at Fruity Capers and Coles. Enough food for the next week i hope. No more eating out, wasting money on severely overpriced food. Cooking is the way to go. I love cooking, really i do.

Greetings from Brisbane, from the St Lucia campus of UQ. :) I've been here for like say 3 weeks. New school, new friends, new church, new apartment. Oh, the excitement. I've done my first ever load of laundry here, gone for my first grocery shopping trip at coles, cooked my first meal with newfound friends, started eating cereal for breakfast every morning: Cornflakes. they are yummy. plus did lotsa shopping at Kmart for household stuff. I swear kmart is now my favourite shopping place. Ikea is so passe. heh. :)

Went shopping in the city with David and Deb, watched lakehouse and had the best pancakes ever at pancake manor. sinfully delicious and worth every calorie.
